A couple of weeks ago, I ran into an issue with one of the weights not selecting properly. I reached out to them, explained the situation, and they asked for some pictures to check it out. They really went above and beyond by sending me a new handle at no cost. Their customer service is fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend them!

I ordered a set of adjustable dumbbells weighing 40kg. The service was top-notch; I got regular updates while waiting for my delivery. Any questions I had were answered promptly. They even provided a temporary set of dumbbells when mine were delayed due to circumstances beyond their control. Once I got the product, everything was in order. After a couple of months of use, I can say the quality is impressive, and if I take good care of them, I doubt I’ll need another set anytime soon. I chose the 40kg because it was the heaviest option available, replacing my old 32.5kg Bodymax adjustables. These new ones are way better; they feel more like traditional dumbbells. The knurling is excellent—much better than the rubber grip on the Bodymax—and they’re just more comfortable to use since the size of the dumbbell matches the weight selected. Unlike many others, where even a 5kg dumbbell is over a foot long.

These adjustable dumbbells are fantastic! They save a ton of space compared to having separate ones. It took me a little while to adjust to their size, but now that I'm used to them, it's all good. Just gotta keep in mind to press down on the handle to change the weight setting 😅
